A well-established and growing Surrey-based firm is looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to its Woking team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a caseload - offering real scope to progress, get involved in business development, and grow with the firm long-term.

You’ll handle a full range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative environment that genuinely invests in its people.

What they’re looking for:

• Ideally 2–3 years’ PQE (flexible for strong experience)
• Able to manage your own caseload confidently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proactive, commercially aware approach
• Interest in building relationships / developing work is a plus
