IT organisation is hiring for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Architect to be based in Basingstoke. This role requires Full time onsite and requires DV Clearance. Salary ranges between £70K - £80K plus 10% bonus and car allowance.As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering cutting-edge Identity and Access Management solutions. Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams, you will lead the architecture of secure, scalable systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Reporting to the Solution Owner, you will own the full life cycle of your work packages - from High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) through to ongoing documentation, governance, and change management.Responsibilities:* Architect and maintain secure, scalable IDAM solutions.* Produce, review, and maintain HLDs/LLDs and design documentation.* Ensure compliance with governance standards and review processes.* Collaborate with delivery teams to support agile, efficient solution development.* Provide subject matter expertise in IDAM technologies and integration approaches.* Lead change delivery to support evolving user and business needs.Required Skills:* Strong, proven experience in Identity and Access Management architecture.* Expertise in identity governance, including RBAC and access provisioning.* Deep knowledge of IDAM standards and best practices.* Hands-on experience with MS Windows Enterprise technologies and ..... full job details .....
