Taking full commercial responsibility across allocated packages on a major project.Managing subcontract accounts, procurement, valuations, and change management.Ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and reporting.Working closely with project teams to support successful delivery.About You

A solid and consistent career history within major building projects.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex packages.Ideally, some experience in structures or heavy civils elements.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with the wider team.What’s on Offer
