This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Manager located in North Wiltshire near Chippenham. The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Children''s Home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, developing care plans, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies. The role also involves monitoring and improving the quality of care provided, safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and ensuring the home is a safe and supportive environment.Qualifications

Proven leadership and managerial skills, including team mentoring and operational oversightExperience in creating and implementing care plans and ensuring compliance with regulatory standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship managementExcellent organisational and budgeting skillsUnderstanding of trauma-informed care principlesExperience working in a Residential SettingRelevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalentKnowledge of safeguarding and child protection proceduresSeniority level
