Over the last 20 years our client has grown to become the UK''s leading specialist finance broker, providing fast, flexible unrivalled access to the UK''s specialist finance marketplace.The continuous growth has created new roles within the business development team.This business development role will help focus on the acquisition of new relationships through intermediaries (smaller finance brokers).The position requires a person who has ideally previously held a sales or business development role, preferably in Financial Services or working with brokers. The person needs to be passionate about hitting targets and building relationships.Responsibilities:Acquiring and building relationships with Brokers, predominantly via telephone.Fielding and responding to queries from finance Brokers.Educating the Brokers on maximising the use of your products.Increasing the number of Brokers referring leads by outlining the benefits of your company for both them and their clients.To record all activity and maintain a prospects pipeline.To regularly update the Sales Director on progress against targets and produce reports as requested.Seek opportunities for networking in order to expand contacts, knowledge and new business opportunities.To build an expert knowledge of the Industry and commercial awareness to enable the development and growth of new business opportunities and to achieve sales.Recommend process improvement to enhance the success in securing new business ..... full job details .....
