TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established specialist SEND school based in Benfleet, Essex, supporting children and young people aged 3–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex physical and sensory needs.
The school provides a nurturing, inclusive and highly supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to develop their communication, independence, confidence and essential life skills. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the school''s experienced team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to provide high-quality care, education and personalised support to pupils with a wide range of complex needs.

Previous experience working within specialist SEND schools, residential care, healthcare, support work or similar environments would be highly desirable.
