ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT NEWBURY c£30,000 A varied Accounts Assistant position has become available with a well established and reputable company in Newbury. Working within a small and friendly accounts team, the role will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts administration. Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include: Checking and processing invoices Chasing for invoice approvals Processing payments on a regular basis Undertaking detailed account reconciliations Resolving invoice queries Performing bank reconciliations Updating and maintaining vendor information on the system Producing monthly reports To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience: Prior experience in a similar finance/ accounts role Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills Excellent attention to detail Able to manage your own workload Good team player Intermediate Excel skills The company offer excellent benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, life insurance and healthcare.
