As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team and contributing to the organisation''s growth. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with month-end closure processes.Preparing monthly management flash reports and quarterly board packs.Handling customer invoicing and leading debtor recovery efforts.Processing supplier payments and supporting procurement processes.Preparing regulatory reports and regular updates for the parent company.Engaging in forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.Managing payroll and expenses using Pento and Pleo.Driving process improvements and collaborating across teams.
