Our client who is based in North Preston, are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. This varied role will be a general accounting and admin support to the finance team. Duties include:Processing invoices and dealing with supplier queriesPrepare and process sales invoices liaising with customers as and when requiredRequest and process documentation for subcontractors Credit Control duties when neededAllocating paymentsUnderstanding the CIS scheme would be an advantage but isn''t essentialRegularly using ExcelSomeone from a varied accounting role would be ideal for this position.
