Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our Pub kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food preparation and production, ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards of quality and hospitality. As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, staff training, and kitchen management while fostering a positive team environment. Duties Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff to enhance skills and knowledge in culinary techniques. Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
