Kenect Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced candidates to work on sewing machines for our client in Aston!The suitable candidate will be working in a fast paced environment for our company who manufacture and sell Rugs online. They will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sewing machine. The candidate must have some sewing experience however, training will be provided.Role details :General maintenance of sewing machine; starting/stopping/cleaning.Set up machines according to specificationBasic machine setting, adjusting according to design fitPerform quality checks on patterns and materialsMonitor machine operationsPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performanceFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentGood attention to detail.Good time management and ability to meet schedules/deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environmentShift Pattern:Monday - Friday, day shiftsShift times may vary dependant upon business needsOvertime available paid at a premium after 40 hours per week.Experience:Previous experience using a sewing machineExperience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Benefits:Job Types: Full-timeOvertime available Holiday pay accrued Pay: 12.50 per ..... full job details .....
