We are now seeking to appoint two Non Executive Directors to our Board, one with Audit and Finance expertise and the other with a strong Digital Transformation background. The Audit and Finance Non Executive Director will be a qualified accountant and will Chair the Audit and Risk Committee, playing a key leadership role in ensuring robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance.
