What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
• Support children with EHCPs and adapt activities to suit individual learning styles
• Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
• Assist with personal care needs where required, ensuring dignity and respect
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support

Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:

• Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
• Want hands-on experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
• Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
• Are empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning journeys
• Are open to providing personal care and emotional support when needed
• Are keen to learn from experienced educators and engage in ongoing training
