We''re looking for an exceptional Head of Quality Transformation to join us on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract and redefine how Quality Engineering is delivered across technology globally. This isn''t a traditional Head of QE role. We''re looking for a proven transformation leader who has successfully led large-scale change across complex technology environments. Someone who can step back, assess the current landscape, create a compelling vision for the future, and then bring the organisation on the journey. You''ll be responsible for driving the transformation strategy, operating model and roadmap that moves Specsavers towards more efficient, automated, reusable and commercially focused testing practices. Working closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, delivery teams, product teams, suppliers and third-party partners, you''ll lead the shift towards automation-first testing, reusable test assets, improved requirements quality and stronger governance. You''ll challenge traditional ways of working, optimise supplier relationships, improve productivity and efficiency, and ensure quality becomes a proactive enabler of faster, safer delivery rather than a reactive checkpoint.
