This role pays a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Able to handle high caseload in conveyancing from start to completion.

Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.

Stay updated with conveyancing regulations and relevant legislation.

Maintain accurate records and case management systems.

About you

3 year''s experience in Residential Conveyancing.

Good written and oral communication skills

Able to work under pressure and manage your own cases from start to finish without supervision

Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law and HM land Registry process.
