They pride themselves on combining the resources of a global, multibillion dollar company with local, client-focused delivery in more than 400 locations around the world.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join a growing building services team across one of four key UK offices. You’ll play a key role in shaping complex and exciting projects across a wide range of sectors – from life sciences and education to healthcare, defence, and residential.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering electrical building services designs across all RIBA stages
- Leading medium-scale projects independently or contributing to large, complex projects as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Supporting and mentoring junior and intermediate engineers
- Overseeing calculations, reports, specifications, design drawings and site surveys
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and design teams, nurturing strong and lasting relationships
- Supporting bids and resource planning
- Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
- Chartered (or working towards Chartership)
- Experience in managing the electrical design of building services projects
- Strong understanding of technical standards, current legislation, and sustainable engineering best practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally Autodesk Revit MEP; experience with Dialux, Relux, Amtech, NBS is highly desirable
- Ability to take ownership of design delivery, make sound engineering decisions, and work proactively
- A clear communicator with the ability to engage with clients, architects, contractors and other consultants
Desirable:
- Security clearance to MOD SC level (or eligible to obtain)
- Fee estimating and bid writing experience
- Strong project planning and reporting skills
