Remedy Education is looking for a strong Early Career Teacher (ECT) to support schools with supply teaching assignments.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic teacher who is looking to gain further classroom experience, develop their teaching practice and make a positive impact on pupils'' learning.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Be a confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills.
Be able to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils'' progress.
Have a positive, adaptable approach to teaching.
Be reliable, flexible and available for supply teaching assignments.
We are looking for someone who can confidently step into the classroom, build positive relationships with pupils and maintain a productive learning environment.
