Capital City College is looking for a skilled ALS Manager to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role This is a full-time, permanent role responsible for managing ALS provision across the mainstream cohort at both Angel and Finsbury Park campuses, including the line management of staff across both sites. Job Purpose: To ensure the vision for the Additional Learning Support (ALS) Team is implemented through the effective management of systems and processes, development of interventions and modelling quality first teaching.To ensure the CCC SEND policy is followed and statutory responsibilities/funding are met, in accordance with ALS Team''s timeline.To line manage the ALS Team across the mainstream provisions Key Duties and Responsibilities: To lead the implementation of ALS under the direction of the Group Head of School ALS and KS4.Manage and oversee the ASF budget for adult learners within the ALS provision, demonstrating a strong understanding of EFA/SFA funding methodologies in relation to ALS.Take on cross CCCG responsibility for all of the following across two mainstream provisions: EHCPsHigh Needs FundingAllocation and management of LSAsCo-ordination of Exam Access Arrangements (EAA) About the Team You will join a friendly, ..... full job details .....
