Business AdministratorContract: 6-12 Month ContractRate: (Apply online only) per day (Outside IR35)Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on-site)The OpportunityWe are looking for an organised and proactive Business Administrator to join a busy Technology and Transformation function within a highly regulated organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, procurement and supplier coordination experience who enjoys keeping teams organised, managing documentation and supporting business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices/GRNsSupport supplier onboarding and maintain supplier recordsTrack contract renewals and maintain contract documentationCoordinate compliance documentation, contractor access and approvalsOrganise meetings, prepare reports and maintain team documentationProvide day-to-day administrative support across the departmentSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a Business Administrator, Operations Administrator, Team Administrator or Project Administrator roleStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience with procurement, supplier management or contract administrationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar business systems is desirableAble to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detailThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team on a long-term contract, ..... full job details .....
