If so, we would like to hear from you!Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading international plastic injection moulding business, who supply world class products to their global customers.This role is a genuine temp to perm position, with an increase in pay rate once probation is successfully completed.Our client has a proven track record of growing their own talent and opportunities are available to the right people from day one.Transport provided from various pick-up points in Scarborough.Pay Rates: 12.50 increasing to 13 after 12 weeks and overtime is paid at 17.50.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Production duties.Operating press machines.Assembling parts.Extrusion.Working within the Paint Plant.Fast-paced environment.Quality checking.Labelling and Packing.Maintain good housekeeping.Adhering to Health and Safety.Requirements:Reliable and committed.Positive attitude to work.Good English skills both written and verbal.Attention to detail.Teamwork.Flexible and adaptable approach to work.Experience within a production/warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential.3 shift pattern: (11.40 hours per shift)Candidates must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation.Days:Wednesday to Friday 7:50am - 20.00pm - 2 rest daysNights:Monday to Wednesday 19:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest daysSplit Shift:Monday and Tuesday ..... full job details .....
