Part-Time Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location: Wolverhampton (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm (30 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a confident and motivated Part-Time Sales Executive to join our Wolverhampton office. In this role, you will introduce Masstemps’ recruitment services to prospective clients, helping to expand our client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development or customer service who enjoy engaging with people and generating new business.

As a Part-Time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for presenting Masstemps’ recruitment services to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our client portfolio.

• Making outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients.
• Building rapport with business owners, HR teams and hiring managers.
• Identifying recruitment needs across various industries.
• Scheduling appointments for our Recruitment Consultants.
• Researching local businesses to identify potential clients.
• Following up on warm leads and previous enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system.
• Achieving set targets for calls and appointments.
• Representing Masstemps professionally and positively at all times.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, business development, appointment setting or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence engaging with decision-makers over the telephone.
• A positive, enthusiastic and resilient approach.
• Proficiency with IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
