We''re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our warehouse. This hands-on role is central to the smooth running of our warehouse operations: you''ll pick, pack, receive and prepare goods for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity. Full training will be provided so you can get up to speed and help the team deliver exceptional service to our customers.The role:Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily throughput targetsReceive inbound deliveries, check goods against delivery documentation and report discrepanciesLoad and unload vehicles safely, assisting drivers and colleagues as requiredOperate warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and, where trained and authorised, powered handling equipment in line with safe systems of workCarry out stock counts, cycle counts and assist with stock reconciliations using handheld devices and warehouse management systems (WMS)Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and reporting hazards or incidents promptlySupport returns processing and basic quality checks to ensure only saleable stock is dispatchedWork collaboratively with the team to meet KPIs for accuracy, productivity and on-time dispatchWho we''re looking for:Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be providedComfortable working in a physically demanding role with manual handling ..... full job details .....
