The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Data Centre Engineer to join their London team. This is a permanent role suited for a highly skilled professional with 4 -5+ years of experience in electrical design, commissioning, or consultancy for data centres or similar critical environments across the UK, Europe, or the USA.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for complex data centre projects, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and develop electrical systems for data centres, ensuring compliance with UK standards and international best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system simulations.
• Provide technical support during project delivery, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of critical electrical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure solutions are efficient, safe, and sustainable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices in data centre electrical design.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in electrical engineering for data centres, critical infrastructure, or similar projects.
• Experience in the UK, Europe, or USA.
• Strong understanding of electrical design standards, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Professional engineering qualification or working toward it is preferred.
