Property Block Manager - Fully Remote | London Portfolio

We''re hiring an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across London. Fully remote, with site visits as needed.

What You''ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of leasehold blocks across London
• Handle budgets, service charges, and financial reporting
• Build strong client relationships - be their go-to
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and major works (Section 20)
• Attend and lead AGMs and residents'' meetings
• Keep everything running smoothly - from site inspections to contractor management

About You:

• 2+ years'' block management experience
• IRPM qualified or working towards
• Confident communicator and highly organised
• UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for site visits
