About the Support Worker role: Smithfield is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. We re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care. You will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. Due to the clients you will be supporting a full UK drivers licence is required for use with our client and fleet vehicles. Working Hours: 37 hours per week with a mix of early, late and some nights, on a rota which will include weekends and bank holidays.
