We are seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to join our client based in Milton Keynes. This is a key administrative role supporting the HR team with day-to-day people processes and ensuring employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.This is an immediate start temporary position, ideal for an experienced administrator with previous HR administration experience who is happy to work in a school environment.You will be required to pass an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.Key responsibilities for this role include:Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systemsSupporting the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and new starter documentationAssisting with recruitment administration, arranging interviews and communicating with candidatesManaging HR inboxes and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional mannerProcessing employee documentation, including letters, amendments, and leaver paperworkSupporting absence management administration and maintaining attendance recordsEnsuring all personnel files are compliant and up to dateProviding general administrative support to the HR team while handling confidential information with discretionThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in an HR Administration or administrative support roleExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience using TeamsThe ability to manage confidential information ..... full job details .....
