Our client, a leading provider of warranty and aftersales products to the motor trade in Sheffield, is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with claims, warranty queries, and repair processes, ensuring a seamless experience.What You''ll Be Doing:Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls and guiding customers through the claims processValidating claims against warranty terms to ensure accuracyLiaising with repairers and technical teams to streamline diagnostics and repairsProviding exceptional customer service via phone and written communicationManaging customer expectations with timely updates on claim progressMaintaining clear and accurate customer and claim recordsWhat We''re Looking For:Experience in warranty claims or a similar industry preferredStrong communication skills - able to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly wayExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailA highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasksPerks and Benefits:Competitive salary - 25,000 - 28,000 per yearMonday to Friday schedule - 9am to 5pm (No weekends), office based in SheffieldCompany pension, sick pay and up to 25 days holidayCycle-to-work scheme and on-site parkingIf you''re passionate about customer service and have a background in warranties or claims, we''d love to hear from you!
