Supply Chain Coordinator The Role Join a busy manufacturing site coordinating the smooth flow of materials in and finished goods out. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you ll keep deliveries, dispatch and stock on track in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound deliveries of raw materials/components; resolve supply issues; maintain accurate records. Plan and manage outbound dispatch; liaise with hauliers/transport providers to achieve OTIF and cost efficiency. Support inventory control: monitor stock with warehouse/production; drive continuous improvement in flow and storage. Use ERP/MRP to track orders, shipments and stock; produce logistics KPIs (OTIF, costs, stock accuracy). Prepare shipping paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. What You''ll Need Experience in logistics/supply chain coordination (ideally in manufacturing/engineering). Working knowledge of transport/warehouse processes; confident with ERP/MRP and Excel.
