Location: Manchester, M1 Salary: Up to 32,990 per annum Contract: Full-time 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract What You''ll Be Doing As an HR Advisor, you''ll provide expert operational HR support across a wide range of employee relations and organisational change activities, including: Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employment law, HR policies and best practice. Supporting employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance. Advising and supporting organisational change projects including restructures, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE. Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in people management.
