The role is initially a 6 month contract which could be extended. Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include: Process and record all supplier invoice and credit notes received in a timely manner and in accordance with the company purchase to pay policiesAssist with supplier statement reconciliations to the supplier ledgersPursue in a timely manner all supplier invoicing queries / discrepancies providing documented support as necessaryEnsure supplier credit notes are received and processed in a timely mannerManage and maintain best practice in line with company, group and audit policiesAssist with AP month end close proceduresAssist Senior Credit Controller with query resolution and debt ..... full job details .....
