We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join one of our well-established clients in Luton. Our client is a leading UK-based contractor delivering large-scale construction projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team working on the landmark Power Court Stadium Development. Project Location: Power Court, Luton, UKSite hours: 07:30am - 5:30pmSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain project drawings, documents, and technical submissions.Ensure all document revisions and updates are accurately recorded and distributed.Archive superseded documentation and maintain clear project records.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site team.Manage site logins, access permissions, and timesheet records.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project documentation.Support reporting requirements and document retrieval requests.Ensure compliance with company quality, health and safety, and environmental procedures.Undertake additional administration duties to support the successful delivery of the project. Skills and Requirements:Previous experience working as a Document Controller or Project Administrator within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures.Experience using document management system, Fieldview experience desirable.Excellent ..... full job details .....
