Substantial experience of successfully delivering complex business and IT technology transformation projectsExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to build and maintain relationships across many different functions, organisational levels and external parties such as suppliersA proven ability to facilitate, lead and influence discussion at a senior levelChange management experienceA proactive, enthusiastic and resilient approachPRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification
