The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction.The RoleAs Retrofit Site Manager, you will lead the delivery of occupied social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects , with a strong focus on External Wall Insulation (EWI) alongside wider energy efficiency improvements.You will manage directly employed operatives and subcontractors, coordinate works with residents and clients, monitor quality and health and safety, and ensure all works are completed in line with PAS 2030/2035 and funding requirements.Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of occupied social housing retrofit and planned maintenance projects.
