Head Chef BandI, EC2 London, £60k Monday to FridayLocated in the City of London, this corporate site is looking for a strong and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation and elevate the food offer. Catering for mainly for retail with some hospitality, the service consists of a busy breakfast and lunch with all menus being up to date in terms of trends and concepts.What you ll be doing: Responsible for the kitchen operation and all food producedManage, lead and develop the team ensuring consistent quality and standards are maintainedManage GP, budget control, wastage and complianceConstantly monitor menus and evolve as neededWork alongside the GM to drive the business forward Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekWhat we are looking for: A strong Head Chef with a proven track recordIdeally experience within BandI or a similar environmentExcellent management skills with the ability to lead and develop a teamHands on with a genuine passion for food, ingredients and serviceFinancially astute able to manage GP and budgetGood communication skills Interested and want to join a forward thinking company?
