What You''ll Be Doing The Relationship Manager (Guidance and Education Systems) will report directly to Strategic Partnerships Lead and will be responsible for:Manage a defined portfolio of Guidance and Education System partner relationships, developing proportionate partnership and engagement plans that deepen participation, increase uptake of learning opportunities and deliver shared outcomes.Build trusted relationships with partner contacts and wider stakeholders, understanding their operating context, priorities and constraints so that engagement is tailored, relevant and value-adding.Maintain strong understanding of relevant partner sectors, such as housing, welfare or health, alongside awareness of relevant policy levers, commissioning, practice and delivery developments, so that engagement is responsive to partner priorities, emerging opportunities and barriers.Provide ongoing, in-depth partner support and guidance, helping organisations identify opportunities to strengthen services, improve delivery and embed good money guidance into existing services.Work with the Senior Relationship Manager to support portfolio planning, segmentation and prioritisation, ensuring engagement is focused where it can deliver the greatest reach, quality improvement and impact.Ensure partners are aware of and engaged with relevant learning opportunities, positioning offers to sector needs and partner maturity and proactively driving uptake.Represent MaPS and the Guidance and Education ..... full job details .....
