Our Spalding site has a restaurant with hot food available to all our colleagues.What you''ll be doing:In this role as a Production Operator, you will either work in our assembly area or packing. In Assembly, you will provide a quality presence on the production line ensuring scheduled checks are carried out in accordance with quality standards, line set up and equipment set up. In Packing, you will perform regular quality checks to our finished products, making sure they are completed to a high standard and preparing them for Despatch. Tasks may involve:Hand weighing raw materialsAdding trays to conveyor beltsMoving large quantities of heavy materials (with the aid of lifting equipment) and moving between ambient and chilled stores and production.Adding pasta, sauce and protein to trays to assemble ready mealsPutting sleeves onto finished ready mealsQuality checking final products, making ..... full job details .....
