What you’ll do

As an Associate in the Loan Agency (Transaction Management) team, you’ll be at the centre of syndicated loan activity — coordinating communications between borrowers, lenders, and advisers, and ensuring financing agreements run smoothly. You’ll oversee new transactions, manage KYC requirements, and handle amendments or waivers from start to finish. Expect to facilitate loan transfers, organise key meetings, and help lenders navigate decisions on live deals. It’s a hands-on role where your attention to detail and ability to keep processes on track will directly impact client outcomes.Location : London, England, United Kingdom.What you’ll bring
