A growing construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Building Surveying to establish and lead their Building Surveying offering in London.The Head of Building Surveying RoleFor an experienced Building Surveyor with leadership ambitions, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a service offering and make a genuine impact on the direction of a growing consultancy.As Head of Building Surveying, you''ll be responsible for developing the Building Surveying function, shaping its service offering and building relationships with clients across London and the South East.You''ll have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of professional and project-based instructions, with services spanning technical due diligence, building surveys, defect analysis, refurbishment, contract administration and project monitoring.This is not simply a technical role. You''ll be expected to bring a commercial mindset, identify opportunities to win new work and develop a sustainable pipeline of instructions.
