Drive international accounting operations and compliance requirements as we expand into new global marketsCollaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems, controls, and workflowsIdentify and resolve accounting issues with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindsetManage month-end and year-end close processes, reporting, and reconciliations for assigned areas/entitiesContribute to projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting requests, as assignedContinuously work towards improving efficiency and accuracy of financial resultsDocument processes and desk procedures for certain cycles, as assignedSupervise and develop team members, as applicableWhat We’re Looking For

Solid experience in accounting, including leadership roles within dynamic organizationsA solid understanding of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and operational accounting best practicesProven ability to work independently and drive results in a complex, fast-growing environmentThe ability to connect the dots and understand the "why" behind the numbersStrong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global contextsWhy Join Us

Bachelor\''s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of accounting/finance work experiencePublic accounting experience is a plusStrong knowledge of Excel and financial accounting systems – NetSuite is preferred, SAP is a plusHands-on experience implementing scalable solutionsStrong end-to-end process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet established deadlinesEagerness to learn and expand into new areas of responsibilitySelf-starter who focuses on the goal at hand and sees projects through to completionAbility to partner effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeStrong attention to detailA team playerBenefits
