Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Transfers of equity • Remortgages • New build transactions • Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters • General residential property work You will maintain excellent client relationships, liaise with third parties, ensure matters progress efficiently and deliver outstanding client care throughout the transaction.
