This is a senior-level appointment offering genuine autonomy, client exposure and the opportunity to influence the direction of a respected practice during an exciting phase of growth. You will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for a high quality client base that includes high net worth individuals, family offices, local authorities, housing associations and corporate occupiers. The portfolio is nationwide, with management intensive assets concentrated across London and the South East. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to an entrepreneurial surveyor who enjoys responsibility, adds value proactively and is confident operating with minimal supervision.
