Conveyancing Solicitor – DungannonWe are currently working on behalf of a well-established, progressive law firm based in Dungannon that is seeking to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and reputable property team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to take the next step in their career with a supportive and long-standing practice that offers a strong local client base, quality work, and a clear pathway for progression.The Role:You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title

Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders

Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents

Ensuring all files are managed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

The Ideal Candidate:Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (1+ year PQE preferred, although newly qualified candidates with strong conveyancing experience will also be considered)

Solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently

Excellent communication and client care skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files

A proactive and professional approach to work
