Sales Administrator Sheffield temporary - permanent £24,000 - £28,000 Your new company Working for a leading manufacturing company in Sheffield you will be part of a busy business providing temporary support.This position is to start with immediate effect in February 2025 and could become permanent.Your new role This role will report to the Sales Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to provide sales admin support to customers.Our client needs urgent temporary support due to a peak in workloads. The workload should sustain and subject to performance the role will become a permanent role for the successful candidate. Our client is keen to appoint a proven sales administrator who has excellent communication skills and can demonstrate this on application. Ideally 1-2 years previous sales admin experience would be preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate on application the skills and experience to fulfil the duties of the role which will include;- Sales order processing customer orders which are received via email and telephone- Provide customer quotes- Arranging deliveries- Coordinating credit notes- Coordinating with the wider commercial business eg production and warehouse- Stock management- Data Entry- Business Admin - general business admin- Use of SAP and or CRM would be preferred- Intermediate level Excel skills preferredWhat you''ll need to succeed This position is initially temporary, so ideally you will be available to start temporary ..... full job details .....
