HR People Coordinator £16 per hour (PAYE) London (Hybrid) Initial 3 Months Your New Role Our client are a prestigious education organisation based in London, who are looking for an ambitious HR/People coordinator to join their growing team, initially on a 3 month basis. You will provide generalist support service to the the People team, including end to end employment administration. You will also manage the teams inbox, responding where applicable but also allocating and escalating where needed. Ensuring Your Success You will have prior commercial experience, as a HR administrator/coordinator, ideally within a complex environment. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are an absolute must, with the ability to work to deadlines. Understanding of onboarding employees and the recruitment lifecycle is also highly desirable. You will be a self-starter, who can also collaborate effectively in a team environment.
