Shifts: 06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday

A leading co-packing company in Banbury is looking for an experienced and reliable Line Leader/Production Line Supervisor to join their production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on team performance and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of operatives on the co-packing line to meet daily targets
- Ensure all quality and safety standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor productivity and workflow, making adjustments as needed
- Support the training and development of team members
- Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
