HR Administrator

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a fast growing business, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team. My client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator who is looking to grow their HR career. Salary: £24,500 Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday (site based role) Key responsibilities - Assist with recruitment processes including advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Support payroll and employee benefits administration. - Coordinate training and development activities. - Respond to general HR queries and support adherence to company policies. - Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events. - Prepare HR documentation and assist with day-to-day HR admin tasks.
