This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join an expanding team, managing the payroll process across multiple countries in Europe and the Middle East regions.As a Payroll Specialist, you will take responsibility for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payrolls for various entities across the UK, EMEA. This role offers exposure to a variety of payroll systems and a dynamic, international working environment, with a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance.What will the Payroll Specialist role involve? Processing and checking new starters, leavers, and payroll changes, ensuring compliance with audit controlsManaging payroll for the UK, EMEA, and ACE countries (including Czech, Denmark, Dubai, Finland, India, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey)Performing account reconciliations, variance analysis, and payroll tax reporting (SSP, SMP, VAT, P11Ds)Participating in payroll system upgrades and validating data between systemsPreparing payroll journals and assisting with the preparation of year-end returns and audit documentationConducting scheduled self-audits and SOX tests on payroll processes to ensure complianceContinuously improving payroll processes and working on special payroll projects Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Specialist vacancy: Experience in EMEA payroll processing is beneficialStrong ..... full job details .....
