Kier Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join their Mechanical and Electrical division, the internal MEP self-delivery team within Kier.This position will operate across projects on the south coast, between Southampton and Portsmouth.Location:

£70,000 to £75,000. The package includes a Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension, and other flexible benefits.Responsibilities

Ensure all works are procured, planned, and executed safely, in line with Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law.Review designs with teams and clients to ensure compliance, efficiency, and safety, while implementing quality control procedures.Manage project risks, opportunities, and changes effectively to maintain project integrity and efficiency.Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring clear expectations, accurate reporting, and successful completion within timelines and budgets.Work within Kier’s "one team" model, fostering collaboration, supporting team development, and driving performance.Candidate Requirements
