Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Identify opportunities to support sales and business growth. The Person Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Account Management, or Order Processing. Strong communication and organisational skills. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail. Positive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or distribution would be an advantage, but full product training will be provided.
