SENIOR ESTIMATOR LONDON£90,000 - £110,000 + PackageAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join the commercial team of a highly successful and well-established property developer delivering one of the most significant regeneration projects currently underway in London.The project forms part of a £2.8 billion masterplanned development, which will transform a major London site into a vibrant mixed-use destination incorporating residential, commercial, retail, leisure and extensive public realm.This is a genuinely long-term opportunity to join the project at a key stage and play a major role in shaping the commercial strategy and delivery of the development.The RoleAs Senior Estimator, you will work closely with the Commercial, Development, Design and Construction teams, taking ownership of estimating and cost planning across a range of major packages.You will be involved throughout the pre-construction and procurement process, providing detailed cost advice and supporting key commercial decisions across the development.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing detailed estimates, cost plans and budgetsReviewing designs and specifications to identify commercial opportunities and risksProducing cost estimates from early feasibility through to tenderManaging and analysing subcontractor and supplier tendersUndertaking detailed cost and value engineering exercisesSupporting procurement strategies and package developmentWorking closely with Design, ..... full job details .....
